- Technical data: IP address, device, browser, and basic analytics for security and abuse prevention.
2. How We Use It
- To operate the platform and display your contributions to other users.
- To moderate content, enforce our Community Guidelines, and respond to reports.
- To communicate with you about your account.
3. What We Don't Do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not display your email or IP address publicly.
- We do not run third-party ad tracking on profile or content pages.
4. Public vs Private
Your username, display name, posts, and ratings are public by default. Your email, password, and reports you file are private.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies.
6. Your Rights
- You may edit or delete your own posts at any time.
- You may request account deletion by emailing privacy@realestatereview.example. Public posts may be retained in anonymized form to preserve thread integrity.
- EU/UK/CA residents have additional rights under GDPR/CCPA — contact us to exercise them.
7. Security
Authentication is handled by our backend provider with row-level security. No system is perfect — never post information you wouldn't want public.
8. Children
HouseHonest is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
